Nω-Hydroxy-nor-Arg-OH·2HCl 生物活性

描述 nor-NOHA dihydrochloride is a selective, reversible inhibitor of arginase. nor-NOHA dihydrochloride induces apoptosis in ARG2-expressing cells under hypoxic conditions. nor-NOHA dihydrochloride has antileukaemic activity and is also used to study endothelial dysfunction, immunosuppression and metabolism[1].
