It effectively blocks responses induced by 5-HT at both 5-HT3A and 5-HT3AB receptors at nanomolar levels. Additionally, VUF10166 serves as a partial agonist at the 5-HT3 receptor at elevated concentrations, with an EC50 value of 5.2 μM[1].
