Ro 10-5824 2HCl 生物活性

描述 Ro 10-5824 2HCl is a partial agonist of the Dopamine D4 receptor, exhibiting high-affinity binding with a Ki value of 5.2±0.9 nM. It is 250 times more selective for the human D3R receptor and >1000 times more selective for the D4 receptor compared to human D2, D1, and D5 receptors. Ro 10-5824 2HCl stimulates 35S-GTPγS binding with an EC50 value of 205±67 nM, with a maximum induction above baseline of 36±4%[1].

Ro 10-5824 2HCl 动物研究

Animal study At a dose of 3 mg/kg, Ro 10-5824 2HCl enhances the success rate of animals in the ORD task. Ro 10-5824 2HCl increases baseline gamma band activity in the frontal cortex at doses of 1 mg/kg and 3 mg/kg. Ro 10-5824 2HCl does not affect the spontaneous movement of animals[2]. At a dose of 10 mg/kg, Ro 10-5824 2HCl does not increase the number of center entries in a single 60-minute open field session in the absence of new objects, nor does it increase the overall transitions in the initial experiment performed by C57 mice[1].
