描述 The Cdc2-like kinases (Clk’s) and the dual-specificity tyrosine phosphorylation-regulated kinases (Dyrk’s) have specified roles in gene splicing. ML 167 is a highly selective Cdc2-like kinase 4 (Clk4) inhibitor with IC50 values of 136nM, more than 10-fold selectivity against the other family member CLK1/2/3 and DYRK 1A/B[2].
作用机制 ML167 is an ATP-competitive inhibitor[3].
