描述 | Paeoniflorigenone, a natural product isolated and purified from the root of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. with anti-inflammatory effect, is a depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent, being similar to succinylcholine. Paeoniflorigenone is cytotoxic and induces apoptosis selectively in the cancer cell lines, and may take part in improving blood circulation by inhibiting ether platelet aggregation and/or blood coagulation. |
