描述 | IMD-0560 is a novel IκB kinase β inhibitor. Pretreatment with IMD-0560 inhibited TNFα-induced IκBα degradation and p65 phosphorylation. IMD-0560 also inhibited TNFα-induced transcriptional activity. Pretreatment with IMD-0560 strongly inhibited TNFα-induced cell invasion. IMD-0560 inhibits the activity of MMP-9 by suppressing its expression[1]. |
Animal study | Upon administration of IMD-0560, IMD-0560 reduces tumour bodies in animals in a dose-dependent manner. No tumours were found in some mice after IMD-0560 administration at a dose of 5 mg/kg. Tumour cell destruction was significantly reduced in the IMD-0560-treated group compared to the control group. Although the tumour size in the 5 mg/kg dose administered IMD-0560 treatment group was smaller than that in the 3 mg/kg IMD-0560 treatment group in the animal experiments, the inhibitory effect on zygapophyseal destruction was similar in the two treatment groups[1]. |
