描述 IMD-0560 is a novel IκB kinase β inhibitor. Pretreatment with IMD-0560 inhibited TNFα-induced IκBα degradation and p65 phosphorylation. IMD-0560 also inhibited TNFα-induced transcriptional activity. Pretreatment with IMD-0560 strongly inhibited TNFα-induced cell invasion. IMD-0560 inhibits the activity of MMP-9 by suppressing its expression[1].
