SBI-0640756 生物活性

描述 BI-0640756 (SBI-756), a water-soluble compound, is an eIF4G1 inhibitor. In concentrations ranging from 0 to 1 μM, it dismantles the eIF4F complex in both original and BRAFi-resistant melanoma cases. SBI-0640756 (SBI-756) exerts an inhibitory action on human melanoma cell lines and curtails the activity of AKT, NF-κB, and AKT/mTORC1[1].
体内研究

At a dosage of 0.5 mg/kg administered intraperitoneally (i.p.), SBI-0640756 (SBI-756) postpones the emergence of tumors and slashes tumor prevalence by half in the NrasQ61K/Ink4a–/– genetic framework. Moreover, when combined with a BRAF inhibitor at 1 mg/kg twice weekly via i.p., SBI-0640756 (SBI-756) significantly hampers the progression of mature tumors and averts tumor regrowth in immunodeficient mice implanted with A375 tumors[1].
