In concentrations ranging from 0 to 1 μM, it dismantles the eIF4F complex in both original and BRAFi-resistant melanoma cases. SBI-0640756 (SBI-756) exerts an inhibitory action on human melanoma cell lines and curtails the activity of AKT, NF-κB, and AKT/mTORC1[1]. | ||
