NKY80 生物活性

描述

NKY80 is a potent, selective, non-competitive inhibitor of adenylyl cyclase type V isoform, with IC50 values of 8.3 µM, 132 µM, and 1.7 mM for types V, III, and II, respectively. NKY80 is a non-nucleoside quinazoline ketone that modulates the adenylyl cyclase catalytic activity in cardiac and pulmonary tissues ^[1]^[2]. cyclase catalytic activity in cardiopulmonary tissues ^[1]^[2].NKY80 at a concentration of 20 μM blocks the elevation of LVP and ventricular cAMP levels^[2] .NKY80 at a concentration of 20 μM for 2 hours completely blocked the increase in cAMP levels and renin release in isolated JG cells^[3] .
