Iproniazid phosphate 生物活性

描述 Iproniazid phosphate is a non-selective, irreversible monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor of the hydrazine class. Iproniazid phosphate has antidepressive activity[3]. Isaxonine phosphate induce acute hepatitis which in most cases is reversible after withdrawal of the drug[4]. This amount of octopamine was not significantly increased by either the monoamine oxidase inhibitor iproniazid phosphate (0.1 mM) or the uptake inhibitor desipramine (10 mM) alone, but was by both together. Nominally calcium-free saline containing 20 mM Mg++ significantly decreased octopamine release[5]. Iproniazid phosphate (0.36mM) increased the concentrations of the same acids in osmotically ruptured synaptosomes[6].
