描述 Gavestinel sodium salt is a potent, selective, orally active and non-competitive NMDA receptor antagonist. Gavestinel sodium salt binds to the glycine site of the NMDA receptor with a pKi of 8.5. Gavestinel sodium salt is used in acute ischaemic stroke Gavestinel sodium salt can be used in acute ischaemic stroke studies[1].
