描述	Voclosporin, also known as ISAtx-247, is a calcineurin (PP2B) (CN) inhibitor that acts as an immunosuppressant]1].As a calcineurin enzyme inhibitor, Voclosporin is more potent than cyclosporine in vitro^[2].
