描述
Acefylline (Theophyllineacetic acid), a xanthine derivative, is an adenosine receptor antagonist. Theophylline (THEO) and its xanthinic derivatives inhibit lung phosphodiesterase (PDE) and block adenosine receptors in the induction of bronchodilatation[3] [4]
