描述 | Acefylline (Theophyllineacetic acid), a xanthine derivative, is an adenosine receptor antagonist. Theophylline (THEO) and its xanthinic derivatives inhibit lung phosphodiesterase (PDE) and block adenosine receptors in the induction of bronchodilatation[3]. As a PAD (Peptidylarginine deiminases) activator, acefylline will be useful to study the role of deimination and could be proposed to increase or correct the hydration of the cornified layers of the epidermis[4]. |
