Propargyl-PEG3-acid is a non-cleavable linker for ADCs, consisting of a 3-unit PEG chain. It also serves as a PEG-based linker for PROTACs synthesis, enabling the formation of 6-OHDA-PEG3-yne, which includes 6-OHDA and Propargyl-PEG3-acid ^[1]. Propargyl-PEG3-acid serves as a click chemistry reagent, featuring an alkyne group capable of participating in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) reactions with molecules containing azide groups.
