NADH disodium salt 生物活性

描述 NADH disodium salt (Disodium NADH) functions as an orally active reduced coenzyme, a donor of ADP-ribose in ADP-ribosylation reactions, and a precursor for cyclic ADP-ribose. It plays a critical role as a regenerating electron donor in cellular energy metabolism processes, including glycolysis, β-oxidation, and the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle[1].
体内研究

A single intraperitoneal dose of NADH at 5 μmol per mouse elevates the urinary excretion of nicotinamide and its metabolites[2].

NADH, administered at 500 mg/kg orally once, enhances alcohol metabolism and reduces the risk of early liver injury due to acute alcohol exposure in mice[3].

A dose of 1000 mg/kg of NADH, given intraperitoneally once, increases tissue NAD+ levels in male C57BL/6J mice[3].

体外研究

NADH exhibits instability in acidic conditions but maintains stability under basic conditions[2].

NADH, in a range of 0 to 1 mM for up to 12 hours, has been shown to increase NAD+ levels in a variety of mammalian cell lines[3].

At a concentration of 1 mM for 24 hours, NADH demonstrates low toxicity and provides cellular protection from genotoxic effects[3].
