描述	Mezigdomide (CC-92480), classified as a cereblon E3 ubiquitin ligase modulating agent (CELMoD), functions as a molecular adhesive. It exhibits a strong binding affinity to cereblon, thereby demonstrating potent antimyeloma activity ^[1].
体外研究	Mezigdomide represents the second-generation cereblon modulator. In PBMC cultures, Mezigdomide-induced depletion of Aiolos and Ikaros led to T cell activation and enhanced secretion of IL-2 and IFN-γ. Mezigdomide demonstrates efficacy in cell lines resistant to CC-5013, CC-4047, and CC-220. It induces apoptosis as a single agent and displays notable synergy with NSC 34521 ^[1].
