Methyl Linolenate 生物活性

描述 As a polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA), Methyl linolenate exhibits anti-melanogenesis properties, with an inhibition concentration (IC50) value of 60 μM. It is also useful in research focused on the mechanisms and prevention of oxidation/peroxidation in unsaturated fatty acids[1].[2].[3].[4].
体外研究

Treatment with Methyl linolenate at concentrations of 50 and 100 μM for 48 hours notably reduces the levels of microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (MITF) and tyrosinase-related proteins in B16F10 cells[4].
