Menadione 生物活性

描述	Menadione, a naphthoquinone, transforms into active vitamin K2 within the body. It has potential uses as both an anticancer compound and a radiosensitizer^[1].
体内研究	Administering Menadione (25-150 mg/kg, i.v., once or every other day for five times) to male Wister rats results in more significant lesions from a single injection compared to multiple injections^[1].
体外研究	In AR4-2J cells, Menadione (0-100 μM, 24-72 h) triggers necrosis at higher doses (100 μM) and apoptosis at lower doses (10-20 μM)^[2].

细胞实验：
