体内研究 | Regarding safety assessments, Dibenzoyl Thiamine has been extensively studied. In a chronic toxicity study involving male Wistar rats over six months at dietary levels up to 1000 ppm, it exhibited no specific toxic effects. Teratogenicity studies in rats also showed no embryotoxic or teratogenic effects. Moreover, tests for mutagenicity across several biological systems, including bacterial assays, dominant lethal assays, and in vivo cytogenetics tests, confirmed that Dibenzoyl Thiamine does not exhibit mutagenic properties. Metabolically, Dibenzoyl Thiamine is broken down into vitamin B1 and benzoic acid, with the latter almost quantitatively excreted in the urine as hippuric acid[1]. |
