BRD 4354 生物活性

描述 BRD 4354 is an inhibitor of HDAC5 and HDAC9 with IC50s of 0.85 and 1.88 μM respectively. It also weakly inhibits HDAC4, HDAC6, HDAC7 and HDAC8 with IC50s of 3.88 - 13.8 μM, exhibits >20-fold selectivity for HDAC5/9 over HDAC1/2/3.
