vitexin-2″-o-rhamnoside 生物活性

描述 Vitexin-2"-O-rhamnoside, a main flavonoid glycoside of the leaves of Cratagus pinnatifida Bge, contributes to the protection against H2O2-mediated oxidative stress damage and has potential to treat cardiovascular system diseases. VOR caused no cytotoxic effect on hADSCs (human adipose-derived stem cells) at concentrations up to 250μm[3]. The AUC of VOR was proportional to the dose after intravenous administration of 15, 30, 60 and 120 mg/kg body weight, and the elimination half-life (t1/2beta), systemic clearance (Cl) and apparent volume of distribution (Vc) were not significantly different among the four doses, and all the results indicated that the pharmacokinetics of VOR in rat obeyed first-order kinetics[4].
