Tiaprofenic Acid 生物活性

描述	Tiaprofenic acid is an orally active non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Tiaprofenic acid inhibits prostaglandin synthesis by inhibiting COX. Tiaprofenic acid is used in the treatment of rheumatic diseases ^[1].

Female Lewis rats receive Tiaprofenic acid over a period of 6 hours after administration (15 mg/kg i.v. or 0.02 mg/min continuous infusion). Sulfate reabsorbed by the kidneys was also significantly reduced]2].
