描述

TRPM4-IN-1 (CBA) acts as a powerful and specific blocker of the TRPM4 cation channel, with an IC50 value of 1.5 μM. This inhibitor is applicable in the study of heart diseases and prostate cancer^[1]^[2].

体外研究

TRPM4-IN-1 effectively and selectively inhibits the TRPM4 current in HEK293 cells that overexpress TRPM4^[1].

TRPM4-IN-1 reversibly inhibits the TRPM4 currents in LNCaP (prostate cancer) cells^[1].

TRPM4-IN-1 (50 μM; overnight treatment) reinstates the functional expression of A432T, a mutant of TRPM4 ^[1].
