STING-IN-3 生物活性

描述	STING-IN-3 serves as an inhibitor of stimulator of interferon genes (STING) by efficiently inhibiting both hsSTING and mmSTING through covalent targeting of the predicted transmembrane cysteine residue 91, thereby blocking activation-induced palmitoylation of STING ^[1].
体外研究	STING-IN-3 inhibits hsSTING and mmSTING-mediated IFNβ reporter activity in HEK293 cells, with concentrations ranging from 0.02 to 2 μM ^[1].
