描述 MAP4K4-IN-3 serves as a potent, selective inhibitor of MAP4K4, demonstrating an IC50 value of 14.9 nM in kinase assays and 470 nM in cellular assays. It is noted for its antidiabetic properties[1].
体内研究

Oral administration of MAP4K4-IN-3 (25 mg/kg, b.iD.) to telemetered rats for 5 days, leads to multiple adverse reactions. Significant reductions in weight (7%) and increments in body temperature (0.4°C) compared to controls were noted during the study period. Regarding cardiovascular parameters, a peak increase in heart rate by 25 bpm, in comparison to controls, was triggered by the MAP4K4-IN-3 treatment[2].
