描述	Lenalidomide-OH is a derivative of the cereblon (CRBN) ligand Lenalidomide, designed for E3 ubiquitin ligase recruitment, facilitating the binding of CRBN protein. It serves as a component in PROTACs, like the PROTAC BTK degrader SJF620, by linking to the ligand for targeted protein degradation^[1].
体外研究	Lenalidomide-OH can be conjugated to the protein ligand via a linker to create PROTACs, which are agents that induce ubiquitination-mediated degradation of oncogenic proteins^[1].
