LM22A-4 生物活性

描述

LM22A-4, a targeted activator of the tyrosine kinase receptor B, notably enhances the expression of OPN and ALPase mRNA in a concentration-dependent fashion, with a marked elevation in OC mRNA levels observed at 5 μM of LM22A-4. The expression of OPN, ALPase, and OC mRNA by LM22A-4 also shows a significant increase over time. In HCEM cells grown in mineralizing conditions, LM22A-4 has been found to stimulate the expression of OPN and OC mRNA^[1].

LM22A-4 动物研究

Animal study

Administered at 10 mg/kg intraperitoneally, LM22A-4 notably diminishes tissue damage and apoptosis, as indicated by TUNEL staining and the expression levels of caspase-3 and Bcl-2, in comparison to the group treated with the vehicle. Additionally, LM22A-4 substantially enhances the restoration of limb functionality. Treatment with LM22A-4 at 10 mg/kg is associated with a significant rise in the count of neurons. Furthermore, the administration of LM22A-4 at the same dosage markedly betters the neurological scores relative to those in the solvent-treated group^[2].
