描述 | Imidazoleacetic acid hydrochloride is an endogenous metabolite. IAA-RP (imidazole-4-acetic acid-ribotide) is a neuroregulator acting via I-Rs(imidazol(in)e receptors). IAA-RP (i) is present in brain and tissue extracts that exhibit I-R activity; it is present in neurons of brainstem areas, including the rostroventrolateral medulla, a region where drugs active at I-Rs are known to modulate blood pressure; it is present within synaptosome-enriched fractions of brain where its release is Ca(2+)-dependent, consistent with transmitter function; it produces I-R-linked effects in vitro (e.g., arachidonic acid and insulin release) that are blocked by relevant antagonists; and it produces hypertension when microinjected into the rostroventrolateral medulla[2]. Effective interface engineering in PSCs ( perovskite solar cells) is reported via a multifunctional chemical linker of 4-imidazoleacetic acid hydrochloride (ImAcHCl) that can provide a chemical bridge between SnO2 and perovskite through an ester bond with SnO2 via esterification reaction and an electrostatic interaction with perovskite via imidazolium cation in ImAcHCl and iodide anion in perovskite[3]. |
