Hh-Ag1.5 生物活性

描述

Hh-Ag1.5 (SAg1.5) acts as a strong agonist of the Hedgehog (Hh) pathway, exhibiting an EC50 value of 1 nM^[1]. Hh-Ag1.5 mediated reprogramming activates dormant liver stem cells in uninjured livers to aid in liver failure recovery^[2].

体外研究

HhAg1.5 (5 μM; for 3 weeks) significantly promotes the expansion of dormant CD133⁺ CD45- liver stem cells (Hh3A cells) isolated from non-injured livers in vitro^[2].

Hh-Ag1.5 fully attaches to membranes containing Smo with a Ki value of 0.52 nM^[3].

The Smo agonist SAG-1.5 exhibits nanomolar potency in stimulating Gli-responsive reporter activity, achieving an EC50 of 7 nM^[4].
