GW 441756 is identified as a highly effective and selective inhibitor for the nerve growth factor (NGF) receptor tyrosine kinases A (TrkA), displaying an IC50 of 2 nM. This specificity allows it to effectively neutralize BmK NSPK-induced neurite outgrowth^[1]^[2]^[3].

体外研究

GW-441756 at a concentration of 1 µM for 48 hours completely stops the BmK NSPK-induced neurite growth in spinal cord neuron cells^[1].

Additionally, when applied to PC12 cells at the same concentration for 4 hours, it inhibits neurite outgrowth triggered by NGF, showcasing its potential in neuroscientific research and therapeutic applications related to NGF signaling^[1].
