GB-88 生物活性

描述	GB-88 is an orally active, selective non-peptide PAR2 antagonist that inhibits PAR2-activated Ca²⁺ release with an IC50 of 2 µM^[1].GB-88 inhibits iCa²⁺ release induced by trypsin, 2f-LIGRLO-NH2 and GB110 (PAR2 agonist) in HT29 cells. The antagonistic effect of GB-88 is agonist dependent^[1].

GB-88 动物研究

Animal study

Administered orally in olive oil at a dose of 10 mg/kg, GB-88 possesses oral and in vivo anti-inflammatory activity, with specific antagonistic activity against four structurally and mechanistically distinct PAR2 agonists (2f-LIGRLO-NH2, trypsin, SLIGRL-NH2 and GB110). GB-88 inhibits PAR2-induced acute inflammation in a rat model in vivo^[1].
