Carboprost tromethamine 生物活性

描述 Carboprost tromethamine, a synthetic 15-methyl analogue of prostaglandin F2α, is known for its effectiveness in inducing strong contractions of the uterus and substantially reducing the amount of bleeding both during and after childbirth[1].[2].
体内研究

This medication has been particularly noted for its role in preventing postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean sections, improving conditions related to hypercoagulable blood, and helping maintain a stable hemodynamic state. It has been reported to be between 84% and 96% effective in managing persistent hemorrhage caused by uterine atony[1].
