描述	BAY 1892005 modulates the p53 protein, targeting p53 aggregates without reactivating mutant p53 forms. BAY 1892005 inhibits the growth of p53 mutant cell lines Huh7 and H358, showing inhibition concentrations (IC50) of 11.2 μM and 11.1 μM, respectively^[1].
