描述 7-Epitaxol, as an anticancer drug, can promote tubulin polymerization and stabilize microtubules from depolymerizing[3].In vivo, administration of 7-Epitaxol over four cumulative doses at 2 mg/kg induced terminal arbor degeneration (TAD) in only the intraepidermal DRG axons of ratsLisse TS, Elias LJ, Pellegrini AD, Martin PB, Spaulding EL, Lopes O, Brochu EA, Carter EV, Waldron A, Rieger S. Paclitaxel-induced epithelial damage and ectopic MMP-13 expression promotes neurotoxicity in zebrafish. Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 2016 Apr 12;113(15):E2189-98. doi: 10.1073/pnas.1525096113.
