描述 | 6-TAMRA has been a widely used fluorophore for preparing bioconjugates, especially fluorescent antibody and avidin derivatives used in immunochemistry. The CPPs (Cell-penetrating peptides) facilitated permeation of the paracellular flux marker mannitol as well as the transcellular flux marker propranolol. The peptides were labelled with the fluorophore 6-TAMRA (T) for visualization and quantification purposes[1]. Dendrimer nanoparticles targeted by folic acid and having 6-TAMRA as a fluorescent probe were also used to label KB cell tumors in vivo[2]. |
