描述

10074-A4 functions as a c-Myc inhibitor, binding to various sites along the peptide chain of c-Myc370-409. It possesses anticancer properties ^[1]^[2].

体外研究

10074-A4 shows inhibitory activity of HL-60 cells with an IC50 of 15.1 μM^[1].

10074-A4 (25-50 μM; 24 hours) dose-dependently arrests the cell cycle at the S-phase in HL-60 cells. Additionally, it suppresses the mRNA levels of the c-Myc target genes CCND2 and CDK4 ^[1].

10074-A4 exhibits the ability to bind to various sites along the peptide chain of c-Myc370-409, forming a dynamic "ligand cloud" structure. Even when bound, the structure of the c-Myc370-409 peptide remains dynamically variable. The 10074-A4 ligand binds to different sites along the c-Myc370-409 chain with varying strengths ^[2].
