描述	Viridicatol is a quinolone alkaloid isolated from the fermentation product of an endophytic fungus, Penicillium indicum R22, in Nerium indicum. Viridicatol exhibits strong antifungal activity against Staphylococcus aureus with a MIC value of 15.6 μg/mL^[1].
