Temocapril HCl 生物活性

描述 Temocapril hydrochloride is a novel prodrug-type angiotensin-I converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, lowering of the dose of temocapril might be recommended only in patients with severe renal insufficiency[3]. Temocapril hydrochloride decreases tumor tBF (tissue blood flow) markedly in LY80 tumor, a subline of Yoshida sarcoma in the rat, without affecting the blood flow in liver, kidney, bone marrow, and brain[4].
