R(+)-Methylindazone 生物活性

描述	R(+)-Methylindazone (R(+)-IAA-94) is a powerful blocker of epithelial chloride channels belonging to the indanyloxyacetic acid class. It inhibits the interaction between Nef-sdAb19 (single-domain antibody) and binds to negative factor (Nef) ^[1]^[2]^[3].
体外研究	IAA-94 has been utilized to modulate chloride channel function for investigating the dynamics and functionality of these channels. The strong affinity of IAA-94 for the chloride channel has been utilized for the isolation and reconstitution of these proteins ^[1]^[2].
