Narcissin/水仙苷 生物活性

描述 Narcissoside (narcissin) exhibits protection against mitochondrial induced oxidative stress. It is a flavonol glycoside isolated and purified from the bulbus of Narcissus tazettaL. var. chinensis Roem. In BFF(B. flavum flavonoid), synergism of rutin and narcissin could be responsible for stronger protection against mitochondrial induced oxidative stress[3]. Narcissoside is a potent inhibitor of viral COVID 19 protein 6W63. The narcissoside have high affinity and inhibition potential than standard inhibitor X77 (N-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-N-[(1R)-2-(cyclohexylamino)-2-oxo-1-(pyridin-3-yl)ethyl]-1H-imidazole-4-carboxamide)[4]. Narcissin (Narcissoside), a flavonol glycoside, exhibits evident scavenging activity against both authentic ONOO- and SIN-1-derived ONOO- with IC50s of 3.5 and 9.6 μM, respectively[5].
