描述 Histone Acetyltransferase Inhibitor II is a powerful, selective, and cell-permeable inhibitor of the p300 histone acetyltransferase, with an IC50 value of 5 µM. It exhibits inhibitory activity against acetylases within mammalian cells. When applied at concentrations between 20-40 μM, Histone Acetyltransferase Inhibitor II leads to a reduction in H3 acetylation levels in HeLa-H2B-EYFP cells[1].
