H-D-Asp-OH 生物活性

描述 (-)-Aspartic acid is an endogenous NMDA receptor agonist. Characterization and morphology of surface of N-CDs were carried out by FT-IR and HRTEM. Quenching was very fast after addition of aspartic acid that is an important property of this sensor. Optimum conditions for pH and excitation wavelength were 8 and 360 nm, respectively. Linear dynamic range and limit of detection for aspartic acid were 0.5-50 μM and 90 nM, respectively[1]. Only 1 %wt% of l-aspartic acid was adequate enough to induce a transformation from a racemic compound aspartic acid to a racemic conglomerate aspartic acid. This would make the propagation of biochirality more feasible and sound[2]. DL-Asp (D-aspartic acid) administration improved sperm quality in bucks and the high D-Asp content in seminal plasma suggests a primary role for this D-amino acid in regulatory mechanisms of reproductive activity[3].
