Fosciclopirox 生物活性

描述

Fosciclopirox inhibits urothelial cancer growth by targeting the γ-secretase complex.Fosciclopirox selectively delivers the active metabolite, Ciclopirox (CPX), throughout the urinary tract^[1]^[2].Fosciclopirox has anticancer activity against a wide range of solid tumours and haematological malignancies.
