EBV lytic cycle inducer-1 生物活性

描述 Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) lytic cycle inducer-1, Dp44mT, is a compound with iron-chelating properties. It collaborates with HDAC inhibitors such as Romidespin and SAHA to induce the EBV lytic cycle. Dp44mT reactivates the EBV lytic cycle by activating the ERK1/2-autophagy axis in epithelial cancers[1][2].
体外研究

Dp44mT (at concentrations ranging from 0 to 80 μM; for 48 hours) induces the lytic cycle in a manner dependent on the cell line, exhibiting higher toxicity in AGS-BX1 compared to AGS[1].

Dp44mT induces the lytic cycle in a time-dependent manner when administered at a concentration of 10 μM over a period of 0 to 72 hours[1].

At concentrations ranging from 1.25 to 2.5 μM for 24 hours, Dp44mT collaborates with HDAC inhibitor Romidespin and SAHA to induce the EBV lytic cycle[1].

Exposure to 20 μM of Dp44mT for 48 hours triggers the EBV lytic cycle through the induction of the ERK-autophagy axis[2].
