描述	Digoxigenin (DIG) is a steroid that is employed in situ hybridization as a probe labeling molecule, recognized for its long shelf life and the rapid and highly sensitive detection capabilities of DIG-labeled riboprobes^[1].^[3].
体外研究	Digoxigenin effectively activates RORγ-dependent transcription at a concentration of 1 μM, possessing an EC50 value of 0.358 μM^[2].
