DOTMA 生物活性

描述

DOTMA is a cationic lipid utilized as a non-viral vector in gene therapy, serving as a component in liposomes for encapsulating siRNA, microRNA, and oligonucleotides, and for in vitro gene transfection. DOTMA enhances the interaction between liposomes and cell membranes by inducing a positive charge, showing effective gene transfection both in vitro and in vivo ^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5].

DMSO: 12 mg/mL(17.9 mM)，配合低频超声，并水浴加热至45℃助溶，注意：DMSO长时间开封后，会吸水并导致溶解能力下降，请避免使用长期开封的DMSO
