DETA NONOate 生物活性

描述 DETA NONOate (NOC 18) is an exogenous nitric oxide (NO) donor, characterized by a slow and sustained release of physiologically relevant levels of NO, exhibiting long-acting effects [1][2].
体内研究

DETA NONOate (15-150 μg/rat, iC.v., once) demonstrates nociceptive activity in the rat formalin model [2].

DETA NONOate (1 µM) attenuates ischemia- or reperfusion-induced damage to cardiac mitochondria and inhibits apoptotic cell death [4].
体外研究

DETA NONOate (100 μM; 16 h) promotes growth in the R morphotype of Mycobacterium abscessus complex (MABC) by decreasing the expression of glycopeptidolipids (GPL) in Mycobacterium abscessus subspecies abscessus (Mab) [3].
