描述
Coelenterazine is a luciferin found in many aquatic organisms across eight phyla. It is luminophore of the aequorin complex which is oxidized by oxygen to illuminate at 465nm. It is used for bioluminescence, such as measuring the intracellular calcium concentration[6] [7] in vivo bioluminescence imaging[8]
